Shipping Policy

1. What is the processing, shipping, and delivery time?

Processing takes 3-4 business days. (excluding the day you place your order).

Shipping can take 1-14 days. In some cases, orders may be processed sooner.

All orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days after shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.

2. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

To ensure fast processing and shipping, orders cannot be modified or changed once payment has been completed.

Refund Policy

We maintain a strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the highest quality raw hair.

Due to varying stock levels, we cannot guarantee that specific lengths will always be available for exchange. As a result, all sales are final—NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please book all your desired services upfront (i.e trims, removals, detangle) , as add-ons may not always be accommodated.

We kindly ask that you review your style and share any concerns or necessary changes needed before leaving our shop. Please note that refunds are not provided for any services rendered.

All hair types respond different to products and heat. We are not responsible for heat damage or reverting once the client has left the salon.
